This was an excellent course. A very good and personable facilitator. The content was well planned and adjusted slightly to our preferences where possible. The facilitator even checked on questions that we asked that needed following up and came back with feedback during the course. The group size was good and the different ways of working in groups worked well. I enjoyed it. I wish I had done this at the start of my current project
