Paul has an easy, friendly manner and creates an environment in which it is possible to offer ideas. He always looks for a positive way to provide feedback.

Interactive course with lots of practical tips and well facilitated. The individual sessions were particularly useful.

This was a very enjoyable and laid-back course. The facilitator was very engaging and friendly, and encouraging. It was good to start off with doing a presentation on the first day, not having much idea how to do it, and to work up to delivering it on the second day in a hopefully more polished form
