Really impressed with the course, good audience engagement, turned a potentially 'long' training session into a short day full of positives.
Great course and presenter. Engagement with all participants in a safe space environment so all abilities felt comfortable.
This is my fourth course at happy. Out of them all, this has been the most helpful. Public speaking is a huge phobia of mine and I can't emphasize how comfortable I was made to feel today. I am so grateful for the experience of the course and the trainer Henry is fantastic. Going home feeling very HAPPY :)
Henry was welcoming, encouraging and had a warm attitude. Helping all of us to reach our full potential.
Henry was great, he broke down all the elements he taught us and applied good examples to each. The size of the class (3) meant we all received more than the fair amount of attention that allowed Henry to focus on developing individual areas we were most concerned with.
Really great course, great facilitator and the venue and food were great. Fab day!
Luanne was very engaging, very helpful and an excellent facilitator of discussions. The environment was relaxed and felt comfortable, I’m not sure I found it particularly easy to make changes to an existing presentation immediately, but I’ll definitely be able to apply the principles in future.
