It was a very well paced and engaging course. Lunch was well catered and facilities were great.

Fez was extremely knowledgable and made certain that he helped everyone in reaching their goals for the day. The offer to stay in touch was very genuine and made us all feel like we have a support system to return to if we have questions or issues we want to raise about time management.
I always enjoy coming to a Happy course - I know the courses are going to be useful and the facilitators have great people skills.

I asked about moving my booking as I had something come up on the same day but I was told I would be charged the full fee of the course even though I didn’t want to cancel and my confirmation email didn’t saying that charges would be applied to bookings that are moved.
