Happy with the training and the facilitator. Learned about the different styles of minute-taking and that ultimately it’s subjective - there’s not one right way to write minutes. It’s important to note down key points and actions and make minutes succinct.
Great mix of teaching and interactivity which meant all of the learners stayed focused for the entirety of the session, thanks Paul!
