Very basic overview of project management standards. It was a very good refresher of previous project management courses I've taken. Trainer was very well spoken and covered the material very well. Some of the team work exercises were really helpful in understanding some of the content. For the most part I had already seen a lot of the course material throughout my career but for others in the class I think it was new so therefore more beneficial to them.

Overall I found the training to be awesome. The presentation flowed smoothly, Joe successfully held my attention for the six hours of training, and everything we talked about was included in the case study. I believe I have been given all the tools I need to start bringing project management processes into my current job to complete projects more effectively.

The course was excellent. The trainer's knowledge in the area was really helpful and he answered any questions that I had. Course content and materials are great. The course was run virtually and had no issues with any aspect of it. I would have no hesitation in recommending the course, the trainer or the organisation.
