Introduction to Project Management Reviews

Very impressive. In IDA Operations, we do project management on a smaller scale compared to our clients who undertake large projects. The course provided insight of their pain points and their process for implementing project management. I also learned new terminology for Project Management and will refer to the Charter in future conversations with clients. Overall a very productive course with good learnings.

This was a really great course with lots of practical applications which I am already finding useful in my current role. I have now a better understanding of the terminology within project management and feel more confident in approaching my next projects. The fact that it was a face to face, in person training enhanced this experience. Chris was very concise and engaging. I would recommend this course to anyone who manages projects, big or small.

I know it's not an Excel course, but maybe 2 days (or extra half day) of training to show us how to manage all the content in Excel specific to PM, so in my case I would be able how to improve or edit the file based on my department's needs. Overall, I loved the course and would definitely share it with people. Thank you Chris.

Very useful, liked the practical examples

Really beneficial course and relatable by working on a current project. The course content and templates gave sound methodologies and structure to my project. Chris is so knowledgeable and a great tutor. The content was so well delivered over the course of the day with plenty of interaction.

Chris was an excellent trainer, he delivered the content in a very professional and easy to understand way. For a one day Introduction course, we covered a lot of very relevant and useful information and It was really useful to relate it to current project ! I would definitely recommend Chris and Trigraph!

Chris Campbell was a very engaging and knowledgeable instructor. The course was informative and practical. The breakout rooms worked really well. There was also good comfort breaks which is important on a day long course to keep everyone engaged and interested. Would highly recommend this course to any of my colleagues.

Knowledgeable facilitator and quite engaging. Quite comprehensive for a one-day course but would be even better if spread out for at least two days.

The training was great. Real life examples and fulfilled the need I had in knowing the language and templates (Theory) of project management. I will use all this directly for my big project! I would recommend to keep the quizzes in the final version as they make the whole part more interactive. I would also minimize the time in separate group 15 minutes for each is more than enough time in my opinion for each exercise.
