Very topical and on point for any business leaders looking to identify issues within the Organisation above just a spreadsheet.
very relevant to my position as I'm heading up a new division and have been asked to set budgets and understand more of business finance without prior knowledge. Lindsey was very friendly, aproachable and a wealth of knowledge.
Really interesting course that has made think a lot about the business here and our customers as well. Something other than a sales course involving a much more in depth look a strategy and decisions making.
