Management Essentials Part 2 Reviews

Fantastic couple of days. It was a very small group that benefited and gave us time to discuss the relevant questions and detail we both wanted to know. Plenty of time also for breaks and email catch ups which also helps on the every day job.

Simon was really brilliant at delivering the course even when he was faced with the task of doing this over Zoom. He kept me engaged and interested throughout. He gave regular breaks and understood the difficulties of doing it. He gave the course as an overall a positive attitude and listened to any question we had helping us to develop.

I found it difficult without a workbook to go back and review the models and information that had been discussed. Writing notes is difficult to do while concentrating on the course content and the notes I did make were not comprehensive enough to use without a workbook to refer back to.

Really enjoyed the course and I have lots of tools to take away and apply to my management style.

A very good and useful course. Covered a number of areas which I can use in my current job.

Course was relevant to me. It was, again, delivered fantastically by Simon. He engaged us at all opportunities and kept my interest even in places I didn't think I would. Great trainer and a genuine guy.
