Surpassed my expectations. I expected a typical role play situation which I was dreading. Gray was fabulous, engaging and turned the learning into a fully interactive and fun experience, I will be returning for the next course and recommending to others - thanks Gary!
Great interactive course that was well delivered
Very lovely trainer who was super helpful and detailed in his explaination and answering questions. Created a comfortable and fun environment to learn. The venue hosting was accommodating and very lovely. The content was great too, gave me a lot of great frameworks to conduct my work and gave me a lot to think about.
Gary was fantastic delivering the course, kept us engaged at all times with group exercises, also made the group feel relaxed with his approachable friendly manner.
Really good course, Gary provided an exciting course, make it very engaging which meant the days didn’t drag like other training courses. The food was fantastic and the service provided by the uni was very impressive.
