I thoroughly enjoyed the three days of training and thought the content was really relevant and could be applied to my current role as well as any other roles I may have in the future. Before starting the training, I was (wrongly) anticipating the three days to be pretty long and potentially boring however Simon was extremely engaging and made it fun and relevant. I also enjoyed the role play we have done so far; although a little nerve-racking at first, it was very useful in putting the theory we had learnt into practice.

Excellent course, looking forward to using some of this information and applying it in the real world.

Great course. More tailored that expected.

I think it was an excellent training. Although everything was not new to me, It is always good to have a refresh. I also think that the role play are always difficult but very useful. I also think that the training require a high level of English. The understanding of the trainer is not always easy because I am not native English. I do recommend this training for fluent English speaking people.

Karl did a great job engaging the group and getting them to come out of the shells. Very interactive and informative.
