The course offered Techniques that are relevant to current job and techniques I can begin to use in the future
Really usefully tips on questioning techniques and closing techniques. Most of this I already do but unknowingly do, it’s nice to actually understand which techniques I’m following (correct terminology)

Karl was very engaging and informative throughout the session. I have practiced some of the material learnt within the course, and have had great results so far.
