Nice to have a workbook and the presentation slides to refer back to and make notes on, good pace during the course with plenty of practise to help develop techniques.

Absolutely fab! had a bad previous experience with 'sales training' (not Tack) and Simon completely restored my PTSD. He was very funny, charming and extremely knowledgeable. The training was great and really useful!

Nick was very good and gave me some new techniques to try. A lot of information to take in but very helpful/useful and I can’t wait to try them to see the outcomes and of course improvements. There were definitely things/questions that I had never thought about asking to gain information to move forward with a prospect

This training not only taught me the fundamental process of sales but also covered important parts of meetings with customers.

It was a good course and I learnt a lot. However, I would like to have also learnt more on distributor management and account management.
