I really enjoyed the course and was actually quite sad when it came to a close! I thought both trainers had great teaching styles and complimented each other well. The material was engaging - I really loved learning about all aspects of Lean, and the statistics material was well communicated by follow-along demos of data analysis using statistical and graphical analysis tools. I'm really looking forward to applying my knew knowledge in the workplace.

God content and practical examples utilised

The course was an excellent course. It was very detailed and there was a lot of information to digest in a week. Overall I would have liked more time to go over the course content before the exam on Friday.

This course was excellently delivered by Terry O'Hare. He made sure to proceed at the correct pace, and ensured everyone understood the calculations before moving forward. He mixed presentations, with classroom discussions and practical examples. This kept everyone interested and engaged which resulted in everyone learning a huge amount.

The course trainer was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in the area. He gave practical examples to illustrate the applicability of all the theory areas.

Excellent trainer, good knowledge with plenty of examples. asking us to brainstorm on our needs & projects. good repetition & summary of each steps. Difficult to follow at the start, but everything came together after 2days. Maybe some improvement could be brought to the training materials (slides, section in printed version)
