Thank you to Claire and Ross for a brilliant workshop. It has really built my knowledge and skillset as a supervisor on how to best aid the team and what I can do to help and develop others needs.

I had no idea what to expect or of how much use it would be, but was pleasantly surprised. The course was interesting and easy to take part in.

Claire was really inclusive and was very good at making what seemed complicated at first, really digestible. Really interactive sessions and very informative.

Really glad I took this short intensive course. It was great and I have learned new skills that I shall apply in my role. In the short time I was there, I learned a lot from Claire.

Ross and Su were exceptional. Both trainers are inspirational and have achieved great things in their fields and are very approachable. You can tell that they each live the techniques and practices that they’re teaching! I hope to remain in touch with both of them! The course content was very interesting and valuable and the interactive approach helped keep everyone engaged.

Overall I really enjoyed the course - there were a few moments that were a little bit hard to follow or I lost concentration but not regularly.
