I found DI2 – Controlling Workplace Health really interesting and useful. It helped me understand more about the different health risks that workers can face in the workplace and how these risks can affect them over time. What I liked most about this unit was that the topics were not just about theory. The examples and situations discussed made it easier for me to relate the lessons to what can actually happen in a real workplace. The interactive lessons were also a big help because they allowed me to think through different situations and understand the topics in a more practical way. There were some parts that were challenging, especially when trying to understand the different health hazards and the appropriate ways to control them. But overall, I feel that I learned a lot from this unit. It has made me more aware of workplace health risks and the importance of taking the right measures to protect workers.

I learned many good approaches for HSE management, in particularly for International HSE systematic management establishment, very good lessions for my work and future career. I appreciate this course and the author of it.

Overall, my experience with Unit 1 of the NEBOSH International Diploma has been challenging but very valuable. The lessons covered important topics in occupational health and safety and helped me develop a better understanding of how safety principles are applied in actual workplace situations. At first, the amount of information and the level of detail were quite overwhelming. However, as I progressed through the unit, I gradually became more comfortable with the topics and learned how to look at workplace health and safety situations from a more practical perspective. I particularly appreciated the interactive lessons. They made the learning experience more engaging and helped me understand different workplace situations better. Discussing and working through practical scenarios made it easier for me to relate the concepts to real-life situations that could occur in the workplace. Overall, completing Unit 1 has given me a stronger foundation in occupational health and safety. Although it was challenging, I found the experience rewarding and gained knowledge that I can apply to my future career in the field.
