I found this training course very refreshing and interesting. I definitely learned a lot, and will surely incorporate it into my normal working practices.
Have not recieved the manual/ booklet so cannot comment....

I have felt welcome from the start and found the size of the group about right - 6 of us, which was perfect for interaction and felt confident to be able to ask questions.
Excellent trainer. Ebe was really knowledgeable and supportive.
Excellent venue. Course was a bit rushed for time at the end.
