As I am a newly qualified BIA I am pleased I have undertaken this training before I have completed any BIA assessments as I feel that if I started to complete assessments with the acid test I may have struggled with the transition/ I would have found the change confusing.

I was extremely confused and unsure of my role as a BIA since AGNI. I feel that I have a greater understanding and that people will still be protected and safeguarded, just a different approach

There is still a lot of information/guidance/advice however feel lot more confident now when conducting BIA Assessments.
