i recommend that other staff in my Department/organisation be trained. A training of trainers model may be introduced to ensure all staff are trained whilst conserving resources.
The ESG training was highly beneficial and relevant. i gained the insight that ESG is no longer merely an ancillary agenda for monetary authorities, rather, it has become a crucial component in maintaining financial system stability amids rising climate cahnge risks.
