The care training was very good and well organised. The trainer explained everything clearly, was knowledgeable, and made the sessions engaging and easy to understand. They encouraged participation, answered questions confidently, and ensured everyone felt comfortable throughout the training. I found the course informative and valuable, and I would highly recommend both the training and the trainer.
Ethel trained us was depth inntheory amd practice with many examples. I now feel competent to prevent and manage violence and aggression. The training center provided us with refreshments and break areas.
Excellent training given the rooms limited resources. Enjoyed the training material.
The course was ok but felt that some of the training wasn’t relevant to us.
