Enjoyed the course and it was a useful refresher on negotiation skills, skills we have learnt in sales training previously but nevertheless good to brush up on and hear some new perspectives, tools and techniques.

George was concise, articulate, and extremely insightful. I gained valuable negotiation skills and practical strategies that I’ll apply daily when working with both customers and vendors.

Really engaging, good pace. Taken a lot of points on, particularly around negotiation and value.

Good training, more practical elements would be good
