The trainer was clear and allowed discussions which made it easier to understand the concepts that were taught. Questions were also allowed which made it beneficial.

Very lovely place to have your training, Trainers enforce and make sure you grasp what you are taught before going forward … I totally recommend. I am fully equipped now and can confidently give my best to service users
