The course was fully loaded with everything we needed to prepare for the exam, the tutor (Darren) was amazing. he shared his own life experiences to breakdown and explain everything. as a result I passed the exam with minimum self study, I thought I was a lost cause. thanks Darren!

Darren Slater is just amazing, made the content easy to understand, applied the theory to daily tasks in our jobs so we could remember and understand the background of our procedures, he was engaging, approachable and very easy going. He prepared all the material, gave us test after every chapter and was very organised. Really enjoyed doing this course, mostly because of the way he did this course.

Darren was amazing. If it wasn't for him I don't feel I would have passed and that was after a lot of self study at home prior to the course! His knowledge was fantastic and he brought the sessions to life by telling relevant stories which helped my understanding. He is definitely an asset to the team.

Darren was a brilliant trainer and made the material easy to understand and brought it to life. I would highly recommend him as a trainer. And I hope that I have him as my trainer for my next exam!

Darren was excellent and managed to make a 'boring' subject interesting and engaging. There was an issue with some of the questions in the end of chapter hand-outs being old which was confusing. Darren took the time to explain everything to us however and made himself available before and after the course finished to answer any questions we had

Darren's course this week for CF1 was fantastic. What a fantastic Tutor to have deliver this. Darren's experience really brought everything to life and made the most complicated subjects easier to understand. I cant tell you enough how fantastic he was .

This is one of the most informative courses I have been on in my time in the bank. I will be recommending this to all colleagues going forward. Even thought I have 12 years banking experience I now feel that after this course I have a good grounding.
