The training was well presented however the trainer was very softly spoken and I did at times find it hard to hear what was being said.

It’s a shame Owen’s travel was late as it meant the session was rushed a little more than usual, but it was very well delivered, thank you !

Some of the visual material was overcrowded and hard to interpret . However lots of useful and practical information
