The trainer was what made the course great people skills, clear in teaching, gave great knowledge on how to use the regs as well as making people feel comfortable to ask any questions they needed to.
Both days the sandwiches i had the bread was stale ...nothing to do with you but you may want pass back the info to the relevant service
