It provided an opportunity to take stock and reflect current coaching approach, style and techniques to improve that will drive performance.
Enjoyed it and found it helpful. Will look to put into practice over coming weeks. The scheduling to join future sessions is a challenge though as difficult to take full days, especially when options are bunched together.

Role plays are slightly awkward and I feel they’re ineffective
Great course and very valuable. Not having received coaching previously, this will certainly help to manage people in the future.
Some of the concepts about the 3 stages of coaching were hard to grasp but overall the session was very useful and were an effective prompt for taking action.
