Looked to be a comprehensive course - my first taste at both a Finance course and using Simply Academy. Easy to book. Appreciated having access to study materials several weeks ahead of the course. A very knowledgeable tutor, with a wide range of experience and many tips and tricks for remembering key points. Good at promoting interactions with attendees.

I am very happy with the course and very grateful to David for his support and guidance in preparing for the RO1 exam. David has a very engaging way of presenting information. He combines the more challenging facts from the books with interesting real-life examples, which helps keep everyone involved and makes the learning experience much more enjoyable. I also really appreciated how he explained complex topics using memorable diagrams and schemes on the whiteboard, making the information easier to understand and retain. My only suggestion would be to include more practical exercises with the group, for example on topics such as taxes, life policies, and other real-life scenarios. Overall, I am very happy with the course and feel much more prepared to take the exam - I have finally booked it! I would highly recommend this course to anyone preparing for the RO1 exam.

A good couple of days overall. The one thing I'd change would be more student involvement rather than the trainer leading throughout. I'd have liked to be engaged with tasks and exam questions directly, along with break-out rooms and working alongside other students. At times it felt like three days of mostly listening, and I think I'd have got more out of it with that hands-on element. Overall a great opportunity to focus on exam content for 3 solid days rather than a couple hours as and when time permits.

I recently attended the R02 Investment Webinar with Simply Academy and found it to be very informative and well structured. The tutor, Dave, explained the key concepts clearly and provided practical examples that helped bring the material to life.

Overall, the course was really helpful, and Dave made it an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend it.

The course is helpful to give an overview of the syllabus, but with both this and R05 I've felt way more onus to actually go away and teach myself using the structure that I get from the course. Given how much money you pay for these, I would expect more.

I recently took the R01 course with Anthony and had a great experience. He explained everything clearly and made the sessions engaging, as well as always being happy to answer questions. I came away feeling confident and well‑prepared for my exam. I’d definitely recommend this course and am looking forward to my upcoming R02 course.
