Really happy with how the course went, lots of information to take in, learnt alot, and found it all very useful

Small group which made it quicker to get around everyone and everyone had time to ask questions and have a turn on the first aid mannequin

The course is very informative and the trainer provides a relaxed atmosphere. I felt like I learnt a huge amount in one day and would have the confidence to try to practice some of it if needed.

I have been to many first aid courses in my time as a practitioner and this has been one of the best. I like the fact it’s a small number of participants and Frans puts you at ease and keeps the content light by making jokes.

The course was very interesting and complete. I would have just added some more ‘group dynamics’.
