I really enjoyed the course today, Franz was very knowledgable and passed all information on in a professional manner, he had lots of experience to share with us and I feel like I learnt some new things today. The practical exercises were good.

I found the course very informative and it has provided me with more confidence around first aid. I feel it was presented well with enough time given to it and allowing for movement breaks. Thanks :)

I have been to many first aid courses in my time as a practitioner and this has been one of the best. I like the fact it’s a small number of participants and Frans puts you at ease and keeps the content light by making jokes.

The course is very informative and the trainer provides a relaxed atmosphere. I felt like I learnt a huge amount in one day and would have the confidence to try to practice some of it if needed.

Good practicals but would have liked a dressing/bandage practical. Information was given clearly and succinctly.

Interesting and thorough

Very good. Information came across easy to pick up and understand

It might be helpful to have more practice for children’s first aid eg practising back blows on infant model.
