This was my first experience completing a first aid course and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Everything I have learnt today, I am confident I can put into practice within my workplace. The trainer was very helpful and explained everything clearly and efficiently.

Learned so much information, great course.

It was really informative and Frans presented in a way which was really easy to listen, retain information and engage with. I learned so many things I can use within my professional setting and feel confident in doing so. I also learned about changes to some procedures/names that I wasn’t aware of.

Enjoyed todays course it refreshed my previous training and will make me more confident in a first aid situation.
