The trainer was engaging and had extensive subject knowledge. The course was enjoyable and well paced with a good balance of classroom theory and practical work.

Extremely knowledgable instructor, powerpoints have never been my strong suit and would prefer to go around equipment with detailed explanations of what we need to know. That being said the course was delivered well.

Kieth really did find a way to teach us and even though we was all at different stages before hand I feel he still manage to get the importance of the overall course to us all

Ray was fantastic all week, he's a great teacher with a fountain of knowledge will certainly be recommending him to our management when I return to work next week. 10 out of 10 for Ray in all areas one of the best course Lecturer I've ever had made the course fun and enjoyable along the way.
