Very well thought out and informative sessions!

Really enjoyed the course. Was very nervous as I attended alone, but Kay made it very easy to mix and enjoyable to learn.

Overall, it was a really nice chilled environment, which was great when paired in contrast with some of the things we were having to learn. It helped to keep the mood relaxed but not slack, if that makes sense. Kay was a fantastic trainer as well, she put care into each person to help them learn the skills they need.Thanks for all the help, now I've got a new skill I can utilise.

Course was very good. Assessments were badly worded and a bit vague. Need to consider taking out the negative questions and focus on positives to reinforce the lessons learned. Not what not to do, but what to do …
