Enjoyable and informative at the same time

Well packed course with lots of info to go through. Very good trainer with lots of experience. She didn't skip nothing whatsoever and explained everything from A to Z. Well pelased

Simon did a great job of describing and showing us practical demonstrations of what was expected of me , and the real life experiences he had dealt with were good to listen to. I had a good two day course .

Rhiannon is an excellent trainer. She kept all trainees engaged and interested.

The trainer was very good at explaining the course lesson and making the class relaxed, all aids were used at appropriate times and relevant to the lesson. Any questions were answered with good descriptions. Overall a very enjoyable 2 day refresher.

The Trainer was great, so knowledgeable, made you feel at ease a kept my attention the whole time. I hope to have her next time.
