constructive and informative , the trainer was excellent went at a good pace and got the information over really well
Andy did really well given the limitations that Covid presents to teaching practical 1st aid, the course was fun and engaging, and I definitely feel like I learned far more than I did on the online course
I really found the course very easy to navigate and understand. There was a good mix of Theory and practical which were swopped at even interval so that there was never a point where I was getting tired or my brain fogging from too much information. Alex facilitated really well with calm clear instructions and presenting of information. His relaxed style whilst at the same time making sure that the information was correctly received was perfect for our group. He had to deal with some distractions within our centre and although this must have been a bit frustrating did not become irritated. Overall a great experience.
Kev was a great trainer and very informative but having actually book to help would have been nice!

Great mix of theory and practical and kept us all entertained whilst also emphasising the seriousness of the lessons being taught. Felt really nervous at the start but Kevin was extremely patient and made us all feel comfortable enough to ask lots of questions. Great course that we will all hopefully never have to put in to practice but feel more confident that we have that new level of training should the need arise.
