To memorise the amount of information delivered, I would have preferred the course to have been longer.

Overall it has been great I learnt a lot about areas I had no knowledge in at all and feel it will help me massively build my future Thanks Keith Luke Wayne and Tracey for all your help

I found the course very informative and the trainers delivery was very good. The content of the course and the way it was structured was very good.

I would like to mention what terrific orators Tracey and Eric are: engaging, clear and knowledgeable. The subject was never dull, at least for me, even if sometimes I struggled with lack of experience in the SSD department. My only suggestion would be if we could visit some sites, allying theory to practice in situ. Overall, a must course for whoever is interested in clinical decontamination.

Electronic course work on laptops or ipad would be good. Some questions were poorly worded. I think 30nwritten questions was to much some multiple choice would have been better learning as a lot of the ISO numbers were hard to remember.

Course notes would have been better in colour and also having some charts in A3 A course closer to London would be good overall the course was good but there's a lot to learn so maybe 5 days would be better

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, a great refresher! Excellent training venue and Hotel Facilities. I hoping to use AVM again for myself and certainly some of my staff at Coventry

I could not fault the course in anyway. Eric Miller was outstanding because unfortunately Tracey was unable to attend due to illness. So single handedly Eric conducted the course in a very professional manner.
