An absolute must to assist professionals in learning how best to advise and support their clients navigate the complexities of the "system". Every workshop has been an eyeopener in terms of the level of detail and also the human context. Learning the theory is one thing, but the application to real life and the understanding of the wider nuances has been beyond my expectations. Thank you Caroline Bielanska and thank you CLTI.

Extremely useful start and practical insight into Deputyship application and the understanding of the intricacies of the system and the Court of Protection. Allowed us to challenge our own biases and understanding as well as learn in a broader way the reasoning behind the established processes. Understanding the theory is one thing - putting it into practice is on a different level. Vital learning to help me serve my clients in the best way possible.
