Acquired invaluable knowledge
The training was excellent , the material helped to learn things in detail and was very helpful in breaking down the entire course down to the bottom and understand the entire cycle unto the top which really helped me to understand perfectly.
Tutors very engaging and knowledgeable, I enjoyed the interactive nature of the sessions. Immersive scenario was a very good way to consider the practical application of the theory learnt. I already have recommended ICA!
Overall a very good course, I really enjoyed it and it gave me more confidence in my current role.
Really enjoyed it over all. The ICA site has a wealth of information and I use it to train myself and my team on a regular basis.
