Really enjoyable first session. Lots of interactive opportunities to share experiences and ideas. Richard presented the concepts and theories well and the pace felt comfortable for me as a learner.
An informative session that will help my thinking process and decision making for aspects of EDI. Not all parts I felt would directly apply to my role/organisation, but it still provided useful insight.
Very useful and applicable to practice in present role and for future coaching.

Very good, great conversations and information but did feel rushed near the end and I need to make my own notes and struggled to keep up, but that's OK.
Enjoyed the workshop and the discussion with the group.
