Prefer more practical learning rather than powerpoint
The trainer was clearly not given enough notice about the location - this was not his fault. I found the trainer very good and knowledgeable, there was more knowledge imparted than usual on the refresher. The slides did not contain some of the knowledge imparted. I think there was a misunderstanding among our group - some delegates took offence to something that was said however I think they misunderstood the trainer's meaning - I thought he was very good.

Absolutely shocking experience, loud , rude , obnoxious,late, rushed, I have never had training like this!!!
This was a great course and the Trainer/Instructor was wonderful
Great training and practical with video and practice demonstrating was great
Good course well explained and opportunities to ask questions.
