The training was very informative, educative and useful for my line of work

I found the trainer very interactive. She also explained things and demonstrated them clearly.

Really positive two day training learning new techniques and having opportunity to discuss issues and find solutions.

Overall we learnt a lot about the practical elements of m&h people. Learning wasn’t sent to us ahead of the training which we should have apparently had but Jill was able to adapt and ensure we all had the confidence before leaving.

There wasn’t enough refreshment but the training was insightful

The room was cold and the chairs were uncomfortable. Overall the trainer was good.
