Plenty to take away and think about and put into action
Been a pleasure working with all the Abstract guys. Learned lots, laughed lots. It’s only when you pause and reflect some of the concepts have become normal behaviour rather than abstract concepts. Good balance of existing theory as well as original thinking.

I always thoroughly enjoy the Abstract coaching and the delivery of the sessions. I have never covered the study of the brain before so that was particularly interesting today.
