The trainer had an unhurried manner - yet was able to cover all the core issues whilst building a pleasant ambience which encouraged enlightening debate and information sharing by all the participants.

I wish people were reminded to go on mute when not speaking as one person had a siren in the background and was really distracting.
Great and helpful
This was a broad subject and Jackie delivered the training professionally , she knows her stuff very well and it was quite interesting as we participated in group discussions . Overall it’s very good and beneficial course.
