When we book course need to know earlier at booking you have to register. Mine was very last minute eg Work place zoom

I wish people were reminded to go on mute when not speaking as one person had a siren in the background and was really distracting.

This was a broad subject and Jackie delivered the training professionally , she knows her stuff very well and it was quite interesting as we participated in group discussions . Overall it’s very good and beneficial course.
