The online offering of the course is a good initiative as it gives persons who work in areas that may involve counselling the opportunity to learn and become "professional" in their interaction when necessary. For me the study at your pace is good especially as I had some personal challenges along the way. The concept and delivery is encouraging as you do not get overwhelmed - it is as though you are in a classroom with a tutor.

Practical learning that can be applied immediately by the student
The whole content was very clear and understandable,it was also very easy to read and understand.
The course materials were good, it's a massive subject but all the main theories were covered and I thought using case studies helped. I
I am happy with the course contents, and what I love to learn more about was to apply the theory to practical work.
