High knowledge of person delivering course. Doing it for years and still interesting and some new tips from her.

Sean was friendly very knowledgeable

The course was very informative and hands on but I feel I like I could benefit from having some more practice. I now understand that anyone can use a defibrillator that’s available in a public space as the machine talks you through the steps of what a person would need to do in an emergency situation. My perception was that you need to be trained on it however that myth has been debunked now that I have learnt otherwise.
