The trainer delivered the session with excellent clarity and confidence, making complex concepts easy to understand and apply in practice. The teaching style was engaging and interactive, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and practise key skills. I particularly appreciated how the trainer created a supportive learning environment, which helped build confidence in managing emergency situations. The scenarios were realistic and well-structured, allowing me to apply the knowledge in a practical way. Overall, it was a highly informative and well-delivered session.

Covered knowledge comprehensively and also good practice run on ABCD, airways etc

I have learnt lots today as ILS is somewhat out of my scope as a physiotherapist. I feel equipped with more knowledge and confidence in dealing with an emergency/ cardiac arrest situation. Natalie was a fantastic teacher, it was relaxed but extremely informative and knowledgeable was delivered in bite size chunks and repeated enough times to take on board in preparation for performing the scenarios.
