I personally enjoyed the training as the trainer gave us mnemonics to be be able to remember at all levels of the assessment, made it easier for me.

I had a lot of support from our trainer as I’d never done ILS before and he was very patient with me being unsure on certain topics. We went over things in depth so I had full understanding of what we were learning.
