The trainers were welcoming and made us feels relaxed

The trainers treated all participants with respect. The way they corrected participants was good and not demoralising which made the training tension free and we were able to assimilate and learn. Kudos to the trainers.

Trainer Sarah was brilliant. Previous ILS trainers were not as good and approachable. Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great day.
