Really enjoyed the day. In fact, today was probably the best one I've attended. The course material was delivered brilliantly, by Jane and Kim. Kim was being assessed herself today for IC, but this did not affect the way the course was delivered. Very well done. I'd like to say thank you....this has really boosted my confidence to deal with emergency and life threatening situations.
Thank you so much to both trainers who were professionals, well informed of the course and thorough at everything they taught us The pace, breaks were good and all questions answered and they made sure we all had a go at the practicals and scenarios were very interesting and I liked the fact we could discuss them all
This training was quite educative and helpful. It is great to have this training in Basildon because we always travel far for training and will like more training to be commence in Basildon. The trainer are very good 10/10 delivered.
Haris was a great trainer. He was calm and knowledgeable and all questions were answered with kindness
