Great learning experience. Excellent communication. The session was delivered in depth, the communication was great. Scenarios were reasonable and chosen specifically to the area all of the trainees represented. Great discussion and interaction. Would love to have Lucy back to deliver another session.

found the ILS training very informative, engaging, and well organised. The trainers explained everything clearly and created a supportive learning environment where I felt comfortable asking questions. The practical scenarios were particularly helpful and improved my confidence in recognising and managing deteriorating patients, performing CPR, and working effectively as part of a team. Overall, it was an excellent course that has enhanced my knowledge and skills, and I would highly recommend it. Excellent ILS training. It was well delivered, informative, and engaging. The practical sessions really helped build my confidence. A big thank you to Harris for being such a knowledgeable and supportive trainer today
